If you wish to pick up your DVD order from our Vancouver office, please type your request under "Instructions to Merchant" in the form PayPal asks you to fill out when finalizing your online order.
One of our staff will contact you by email, and if a pick-up time and date can be arranged your shipping costs will be refunded via PayPal.
